Customer scans the table QR code

Every table has a unique QR code that encodes the table number. No app install needed โ€” the menu opens instantly in the browser.

Browse the live visual menu

The restaurant's full menu loads with food photos, names, prices, availability status, and any active promotions or "Coming Soon" items.

Select items & add remarks

Customers tap items to add to their order. Each item can have a custom remark โ€” "no onions", "extra spicy", "allergy: peanuts".

Order is submitted

One tap sends the order. The system instantly notifies the counter and kitchen: "Table 5 ordered Nasi Lemak ร— 2, Teh Tarik ร— 1."

Kitchen prepares & customer receives receipt

Once the order is confirmed, the customer receives a digital receipt showing each item and the total amount due.
